A modern-day bounty hunter tracks down a young woman who has skipped bail with her child and her husband's beloved car. Battling with counterfeiters and racists to track her down, when he finally catches up with her, he realises he has met his match. This lively action comedy sees a gentler role for Clint Eastwood and a refreshingly strong part for Bernadette Peters.
