An engineer who agreed to have his memory erased following a huge top-secret job discovers that he refused the massive paycheck offered to him in return for his work, keeping instead a small bag of worthless items. He uses these clues to piece together the true nature of his mysterious work, as the FBI, a mysterious woman, and a group of killers attempt to track him down.
