Scatological comedy mixing live action and animation. A zoo worker contracts an unknown illness after eating an egg contaminated with simian saliva. This lethal virus needs to be eliminated, so it is time for Osmosis Jones, a white blood cell cop, and Drix, a fussy cold-cure pill, to step in.
