Engrossing docu-drama, based on scientific research, that predicted the devastation of hurricane Katrina years prior to the event - a frighteningly accurate forecast of what actually did happen. The programme predicts a storm 'Hurricane Julia' to hit Louisiana on Monday 5th September 2005, just six days after the actual storm, Katrina. Including a dramatised interview with a fictional Mayor of New Orleans.
