Michael Nostrand (Rob Estes) is a homicide detective in America, he is assisted by an FBI agent called Lucy Hudson (Joely Fisher).

Lucy has a hidden talent... she is also clairvoyant. Currently the pair are working on a series of strange multiple murders

Eventually the pair realise that the muderer is, in fact, a time travelling assassin who has come all the way from the 15th century seeking to bring about Armageddon by summoning the spirit of the great Nostradamus.
