Cop Hank Rafferty is jailed after a brawl with police academy reject Earl Montgomery. Leaving prison, Hank finds a job as a security guard, but he's paired with the one man he doesn't want to see ever again. Buddy actioner where the 'heroes' are more interested in beating each other than the villains.
