This fast-paced, funny, stylish and enjoyable animated comedy keeps up a high standard. Not surprising, since it comes from Pixar - the creators of Toy Story and Finding Nemo.

Released in 2001, it focuses on Sulley the ogre and Mike, his lime green, one-eyed friend. Together they are the number-one "scare team" at Monsters, Inc, whose job it is to scare chidren by jumping out of closets, and collect the scare energy which powers the city of Monstropolis. But when a little girl follows Sulley back to their city, Sulley and Mike must overcome their own fear of humans to get her back home.

Sulley and Mike are superbly improvised by John Goodman and Billy Crystal, the CGI effects are impressive and overall it's a quality piece. Tremendous for kids, adults may find things flag a bit due to insufficient jokes.
