Golden Globe winner Linda Blair stars alongside Adam Baldwin, Tim Cullen and George Kennedy in this 'frightful' fantasy family adventure.

Thirteen-year-old Tim Stoker is a monster-movie fanatic, nothing could be more fun than watching the scariest monster films and advising college students on how to spook up their houses. But when Tim and his mum move in with a long forgotten director of scary movies, Dexter Brisbane, Tim uncovers a lost 1951 film - Monsters On The Loose. A great way to spend Halloween, he invites sweetheart Tina over, to impress her with a private screening. But a bolt of lightening has devastating effects. Three ghastly monsters jump off the screen and wreck havoc on Tim's hometown.
