Outspoken priest Art Carney, who is on the verge of being forcibly retired, vows to help an anti-social boy who has been abandoned by his alcoholic mother. Drama set in a home for troubled youths, which was also the setting for the 1938 movie Boys Town, which starred Spencer Tracy.
