Three women's lives are turned around after an elderly woman arrives mysteriously on their property and refuses to leave. Sarah, her sister Wanda and her 15-year-old daughter Gina are shocked by the appearance of a gun-toting Mrs Cooper who claims to have proprietorial rights to a cottage on Sarah's property.
