Cain is the ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms) agent who shot William Fain (Frederic Forrest) in a raid.

After two years in jail, Fain strikes a deal with the ATF to smuggle an agent into the compound of the remaining members.

The Brotherhood have obtained a deadly toxin and plan to fire it into a meeting of world leaders, using a stolen rocket (almost all the best action elements are here - the Brotherhood are clearly keen MovieMax fans). It's up to Cain to save the day.

Will his special skill, watching a typist's fingers to determine what they are writing on-screen, come in handy?
