Scientists discover two gigantic prehistoric sea creatures frozen at the bottom of the ocean. An unforeseen accident revives the two leviathans who begin causing destruction along the Californian coast. The only way to stop their rampage is to find a way to goad them into destroying each other. Monster thriller.
