Feature-length drama exploring the contradictions in Francis Bacon's artistic and personal life, particularly his intriguing relationship with lover George Dyer. Set in the 60s and 70s, it charts Bacon and Dyer's turbulent liaison, from their first meeting to the tragic events which unfolded at the opening of Bacon's retrospective at the Grand Palais in Paris.
