Poignant western about a cowboy who believes that laws are made to be broken. Jack Burns, a man out of step with his time and one of the last of the real cowboys, takes on an encroaching modern world of jeeps and helicopters when he breaks out of jail in an act of defiance embodying the spirit of the Old West.
