Prohibition-era action drama about a laid-back but much-feared gun-for-hire who cruises into a Texan border town and finds himself caught in the middle of a war between bootlegging Irish and Italian gangs. Acclaimed action director Walter Hill's film is based loosely on Akira Kurosawa's 'Yojimbo'.
