Richard Wallace's comedy stars Fred Allen as Fred F Trumble Floogle, a flea-circus owner who comes in to a surprise inheritance. The only problem is that it's hidden in one of five chairs he's just sold and he must retrieve them before a gang of thieves beat him to it.
