Urban comedy in which a pair of local scammers think they have struck lucky when they chance upon a truckload of cellular phones. They hatch a plan that involves selling the phones to an unsuspecting public and for a while it seems as if they may have hit upon a lucrative money-spinner. But when the phones begin to develop faults, the pair find themselves having to deal with far more than just dissatisfied customers.
