Norman Z. McLeod helmed this successful Marx Brothers follow-up to Monkey Business with Groucho as Professor Quincy Adams Wagstaff, the new head of a failing college. His student son Frank explains that his only hope of continuing his tenure is by turning the perpetually losing football side into one that can beat rivals Darwin College. Can Harpo and Chico, wrongly recruited as star players, plus Groucho and Zeppo outwit Darwin College, avoid the attentions of vamp Thelma Todd and win the game?
