School's out - let the holidays begin. High School Musical 2's terrestrial première comes to BBC One this Easter and the East High Wildcats are gearing up for three sun-and-fun-filled months of... work! Troy, Gabriella, Chad and Taylor have scored great summer jobs at the Lava Springs Country Club, owned by the celebrated show-tune singing duo, Sharpay and Ryan Evans.

However, Sharpay's world means Sharpay's rules and rule No. 1 is: win Troy. As Sharpay sets about introducing East High's primo boy to the most important people in the city, Troy learns that being friends with the Evans family could have major perks - such as a college scholarship and chilling with college basketball hotshots. But is he really prepared to give up the Wildcats and Gabriella to rise to the top?

Great new songs and more fantastic dancing make the summer before senior year a time that the Wildcats will remember for ever.
