Action thriller about a security guard in a flood-stricken town who tries to stop a major bank heist as a nearby dam threatens to burst. When the guard reports a gang who attempt to steal $3 million, he is imprisoned by a dishonest sheriff who wants the money himself. A race against time - and the fast-rising floodwaters - follows as the gang, the sheriff and the guard pit their wits against each other to reach the stash first.
