Diane Ladd, Ann Hech and Kirstin Bell star in this emotionally charged story of a dynamic 16-year old girl who makes a life changing decision, based on real life events. Enduring a nightmare existence with an abusive, alcoholic mother, Gracie literally takes the law into her own hands and decides to rescue her younger siblings by legally adopting them.
