Suspenseful horror film, based on a Stephen King novel, about a young girl with the power to start fires at will who is pursued by government agents who wish to use her powers for their own nefarious ends. The mental powers are a result of her parents' involvement in secret government experiments, and the girl and her father are forced to go on the run as the bad guys close in.
