Dark thriller about an idealistic young doctor (Hugh Grant) who uncovers a sinister world of illegal medical experiments. When a body goes missing from the hospital where he works, the doctor starts to make enquiries and, undeterred by harassment from his superiors, he pursues his investigation. The trail leads him to a neurologist whose groundbreaking research may mean a breakthrough for victims of spinal injury.
