This hilarious film tells us the cross-country adventures of two good-hearted but *incredibly* stupid friends as they attempt to return a suitcase.

Harry Dunne (Jeff Daniels) and Lloyd Christmas (Jim Carrey) are two completely brainless losers who have the hearts of elephants.

When they find a suitcase full of money they discover that it belongs to the beautiful, Mary Swanson (Lauren Holly) so the two set out to return it to its pretty owner.

However she has gone on a skiing holiday in the luxurious Aspen ski resort in Colarado. After a very long journey full of accidents and vehicle changes, and using 'just little bits' of the cash to live it up and survive on, they arrive in snowy Aspen, and set out to find her. But will they succeed?
