Adaptation of the classic horror story, the Count escapes to modern-day New Orleans hoping to wreak revenge on the daughter of his long-time nemesis. Having been guarded for decades by a kindly doctor, Dracula's coffin is stolen by a band of thieves. When the Count breaks free, he heads off in search of his enemy's daughter. But her father and an English vampire hunter do all they can to protect her from harm.
