Thriller starring Jean-Claude Van Damme as Jack Quinn, a CIA agent who is interned for failing in a mission to kill international terrorist Stavros (Mickey Rourke).

Escaping from his island exile, Quinn teams up with flamboyant arms dealer Yaz (ex-basketballer Dennis Rodman) and together they set out to find the terrorist and rescue Quinn's wife and son.
