Hitomi Kuroki is a single mother undergoing a painful divorce. Financially crippled, she and her young daughter move into a dilapidated block of flats where, from the deserted flat above, there begins a mysterious leak. As it gets worse, so do the fleeting apparitions and mysterious objects appearing to lead towards the mystery of a missing girl of her daughter's age whose spirit may be seeking solace.
