Aaron Katz's film stars Cole Pennsinger and Anna Kavan as Gus and Jessica, two Portland teenagers who separately drift through the Independence Day teenage parties where drinking and underage sex are the main attractions. But when they meet up, there's a spark between the two of them, as Gus realises his usual chat-up lines won't charm her into bed and he will instead have to rely on his honesty.
