The time is the year 2008 and the latest craze to hit the masses is cybersex.

However when an expert in biotechnology, Dr Deacon Vivyan (Peter Coyote) starts cloning women to the exact specifications of his client's he pushes the boundaries to no end and this looks set to overtake the popularity of cybersex.

Now Pamela Travis (Kari Salin), one of the nations biggest cybersex starlets has been kidnapped by a group who work for Dr. Vivyan. Dr. Vivyan's need for Pamela is her DNA so he can clone her for many of his clients. Leaving her life in grave danger.

Sergeant Bobby Chase (Lorenzo Lamas) is assigned to protect her, but cannot prevent her kidnapping. Now the only way to save Pamela is for Chase to risk his own life in a deadly and despicable virtual reality game called "Hellraiser"

In the States this film is known as "Terminal Justice".
