The newcomer's, joy, however, is short-lived, when she discovers that the feisty female bar staff, or 'coyotes', are not averse to flirting with the clientele for tips, or partaking in an impromptu bar-top boogie. The newest member of the pack finds it hard to adopt the coyotes' upfront attitudes and has her confidence tested to the limit when it comes to singing and dancing in front of the boisterous crowd. Things start to look up, however, when handsome customer Kevin (Adam Garcia) appears on the scene and helps Violet find the self-belief she needs to get her dreams back on track. Based on the real-life New York venue, this lively comedy sees super-producer Jerry Bruckheimer bring the notorious nightspot's raucous antics to the screen. Both sugary sweet and scintillatingly sexy, Coyote Ugly is an outrageously entertaining Friday night flick. While Perabo performs several musical numbers, it was LeAnn Rimes who had a huge number one hit with the film's signature tune Can't Fight the Moonlight; even popping up in one of the film's many rowdy bar scenes to belt it out. With a gorgeous cast, including Bridget Moynahan, model Tyra Banks and token male hunk Garcia, there's little question the film's primary objective is to be easy on the eye. There's not much beneath the surface, but who cares when it's this much fun. When is Coyote Ugly next on TV?
