Deputy Sheriff Walt Coogan, a tough Arizona cop, travels to New York to collect a wanted man. But he soon runs up against red tape and, when his prisoner escapes, he's taken off the case. Coogan, however, is determined to get his man, and teach the city boys a thing or two about law enforcement.
