Former Playboy centrefold Deanna Brooks swaps her bunny ears and bustier for a nurse's uniform to play Janine, a candy-striper who undergoes a strange transformation when a patient bites her. She's suddenly all hot and horny and, after a few lesbian clinches, manages to spread the most unusual looking infection medics are ever likely to come across (green slugs passed from mouth to mouth - eeew!). Now all the candy-stripe nurses are on heat as well, pulling male orderlies and patients into locker rooms, where they can be seduced, infected, 'spray-webbed' to the wall and murdered. For college basketball star Matt (Brian Lloyd), who is staying at the hospital along with some of his injured team-mates, this is one time he and his buddies don't want to fornicate with the hottest chicks in town. They're too busy trying to get out of the hospital alive!
