Having been diagnosed with a terminal disease, Bruce Campbell returns to a town in the Canadian Rockies to prove his grandfather's theory that there is oil in the hills. However, no one believes him and, to make things worse, Owen Morgan plans to build a dam and flood the land where the oil lies.
