This is a well-made and brilliantly executed British thriller which centres around the unusual relationship which forms between a pschiatrist and her patient.

It is reputed to explore the fine line which seperates a professional woman and a prostitute, both devastated by sexual abuse.

Dr. Caroline Henshaw (Joanne Whalley), is battling with many demons of her own including anorexia, comes to the conclusion that her much-abused and traumatised patient needs to commit a murder in order to get recover.
