Dramatic true story, based on the life of champion Olympic diver Greg Louganis. Starring Mario Lopez as the adult Louganis, the film follows the half- Samoan through his problems with racism and his dyslexia to his discovery of his talent for diving. But Louganis' private life is dominated by his disastrous relationship with Tom Barrett, who seeks to control him totally, and his career is severely hampered by a blow to the head during one of his toughest dives.
