Action thriller about a police bomb squad ace whose knowledge of explosives stems from a past he would rather forget. The city of Boston is being terrorised by a new bomber and the squad is mobilised. The identity of the bomber remains a mystery to all but the cop, who must face up to his past in order to track down the maniac before it is too late.
