Suspense drama about a young loner who whiles away his evenings spying on his beautiful next-door neighbour. His activities makes him a prime suspect when the girl's lover is murdered outside her apartment, but the police officer investigating the case also finds himself becoming hopelessly embroiled in the woman's private life.
