Action drama in which a hot-headed ex-cop and his daughter become embroiled in a war between Japanese gangsters and the Mob. After shooting a gang of bank robbers, the man is thrown into jail, whereupon he and his daughter are taken hostage by an escaping Japanese gangster. Before long, the unlikely trio realise that they must co-operate with each other to elude the Mob and the police.
