This hilarious tale of teen trauma follows 14-year-old Georgia Nicholson (Georgia Groome) as she attempts to woo Robbie (Aaron Johnson), one half of a pair of fraternal twins.

Prone to getting herself into embarrassing situations and worried about her parents' marriage - not to mention her lack of snogging experience - Georgia discovers that being a teen can be a right pain in the bum.

Directed with a light touch by Bend it Like Beckham's Gurinder Chadha, and featuring an endearingly charismatic performance from newcomer Georgia Groome, Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging is the ideal teen film, yet has broad enough appeal to find fans of all ages. Alan Davies plays Georgia's father Bob.
