Martial arts mayhem as a tough cop, haunted by nightmares after the murder of his partner, sets out out to punish the ruthless drug traffickers responsible - with all the weapons at his disposal. Quitting the force, he is helped in his mission of revenge by his former karate master, and together they pursue the killers through the seedy world of San Francisco's strip joints and brothels.
