Set after Patrick Bateman's horrific murder spree in American Psycho, American Psycho 2 is the story of Rachael Newman, a survivor of Bateman's original atrocities. Her run-in with Patrick has left her with an unwholesome taste for violence and it is only a matter of time before this bubbles to the surface. When Rachael enrols at the university department for Behavioural and Social Sciences, under the expert leadership of ex-FBI man Robert Starkman, she is determined to rise to the top - by whatever means necessary.
