Animated sequel. Charlie is getting bored in dog heaven, and seizes the opportunity to return to Earth when Gabriel's horn falls into San Francisco. He takes his best friend with him and together they have a host of adventures, meeting a saucy Irish Setter, a kindly boy and a wicked cat.
