Action-packed thriller in which a tough unorthodox cop risks his life attempting to smash a deadly drug cartel. The trail leads to a corrupt CIA official who crossed paths with the cop once before, in the jungles of Vietnam. With the aid of his ex-wife, the officer vows to vanquish his enemy once and for all. Steven Seagal developed, co-wrote and choreographed the action in this, his hard-hitting film debut.
