In the summer of 1999, two film making students called, Aden Ikram and Kate Bernstein, went to New York in search of urban voyeurism.

The two ignorantly expected only to find illegal voyeurs, but instead they found that everyone who was anyone weas up to it using everday technology to spy on one another.

A year later their digital video interviews & captured footage was turned into this voyeur-tech series.
