Russian gangster Fyodor Chevchenko (Roy Scheider from Jaws) metes out his own kind of brutal family justice, forcing Sully into an ugly confrontation with his Ukrainian wife, Tatiana, and a rival detective, Pete Madjanski, over the plan to use her to trap Chevchenko.
