The frightened parents of a missing boy seek vengeance against a known child molester living in their building. The police desperately search for the child but, when they find him, only Taylor can save him. Meanwhile, Sullivan reluctantly agrees to help a hated fellow cop, Detective Pete Madjanski (James Remar), in an undercover operation that will exploit Tatiana's (Savannah Haske) secret connection to a Russian Mob boss. Carlos offers to introduce an uninterested Doc to a woman.
