The police officers sort through the carnage and count their dead in the wake of a shootout between rival gangs. While Yokas tries to interrogate a ruthless Russian mobster, Fyodor Chevchenko, Sully worries about severely wounded Davis and regrets causing the incident. Sully's wife, Tatiana, chastises him for hassling her injured son. Meanwhile, Yokas worries about her ineffective, frightened rookie partner, Gusler, and a weary Doc gets some unexpected good news about his medical malpractice suit.
