Two murderous rivals - a Russian mobster, Fyodor Chevchenko, and a local New York gang leader, C-Note - clash in a potentially lethal confrontation. Sully becomes enraged after his Russian stepson, Sergei, is beaten by Chevchenko's men. But the enmity between Chevchenko and C-Note, whose younger brother was killed by Chevchenko, doesn't become obvious to Sully until he is caught in their deadly crossfire. Meanwhile, a patrol cop, Ross, reluctantly partners with the angry Bosco, who rebuffs Yokas for reporting Bosco's emotional difficulties.
