The day after the President's annual State of the Union address, the harried staff deal with one emergency situation after another. Kate works on a sensitive situation in Bolivia while CJ handles one in North Korea, and Toby concentrates on unemployment. To find inspiration, Leo starts the first day in a new capacity by watching State of the Union speeches from previous years.
