Info... More political drama as the first half of a double bill from the fourth series is screened. The second part continues after Snowmail. The re-election campaign of President Josiah Bartlet is underway and moving quickly, so quickly that after Bartlet finishes a speech out of town, Josh, Toby Ziegler and Donna are accidentally left behind by the motorcade and the three must find their own way back to Washington, D.C.
